Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using Dirty South Emergency RP (the “Server”), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the server or use our services.

1. Roleplay Conduct

All players must follow the roleplay rules outlined in our community handbook and Discord server. The following are strictly prohibited:

Violations may result in immediate removal from the server, regardless of prior warnings.

2. Administrative Authority

Server administrators have the final say in all matters. Disputes may be reviewed, but once a final decision is made by staff or server ownership, it is not subject to appeal.

3. Donations

Donations made to Dirty South Emergency RP help support server costs and development. However, making a donation does not guarantee special privileges or immunity from rules and enforcement.

If you are removed from the server for violating rules or any other reason, you are not automatically entitled to a refund. Refunds are issued only at the discretion of the server owner. By donating, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your own account. Sharing accounts or using another person's identity is prohibited.

5. Streaming & Content Creation

Content creators are welcome to stream or record footage on the server. However, all server rules must still be followed. Bans or removals apply to everyone equally, regardless of streaming status.

6. Liability

The server and its staff are not liable for loss of character data, in-game progress, or downtime caused by technical issues or maintenance.

7. Updates to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation on the server signifies acceptance of any revised terms.
